Noelle pushed open the door to her house, a cloud of steam obscuring her form from the sudden clash of warm and frigid air. She brushed the snow off of her parka's shoulders and quickly wiped her boots on the rug. Then she made her way to the sitting-room and collapsed on the couch to rest after her trek through the snow-covered landscape.
"Such an isolated home is an inconvenience sometimes..."

Laramie carefully made his way to Noelle's isolated home, only to trip and lose his glasses. "Not again... v.v;" he searched through the snow til he found them. Wiping as much snow as he could from them, he checked to make sure the small box he was carrying was unharmed.
Once he was sure, he knocked.

Noelle leapt right back up and hopped over to the door. Her spear, rifle and harpoon were propped up against the wall just within her reach; she might have loved the arctic animals but if that wolf pack was aiming on attacking her house once more time... She'd have none of it! She pulled the door open a crack. "Laramie! Please come in, it is quite cold!" She swung the door open wide, stepping out of the way so he could enter. She noticed the snow on his coat and the water droplets still clinging to his glasses. "You fell again, did you not?"

Stepping inside, Laramie brushed some snow out of his hair. Hearing Noelle's question, he gave a small nod. "Oui...but I'm alright, really." He then smiled and handed the box of butter tarts to her. "I hope you don't mind my visiting today. .w.;"

Noelle shook her head and smiled widely, taking the box and checking the tarts inside. "Not at all. As long as you are uninjured." She started back into the sitting room and took a seat. "Alors... How are you? Good, I hope, except for falling over," she chuckled a little.

"I'm alright, all the snow broke my fall." Laramie answered, carefully cleaning his glasses. He didn't come out to Noelle's home as much as he would have liked to, between the vast snow covered landscape and being wary of a certain wolf pack. He usually came with Mattie but, he and Alfred were busy lately so Laramie came on his own again. "How is everything out here, sœur? Are those loups still giving you trouble?"
