ByWard Market is Canada's oldest continuously operating farmers' market. The market building is open year-round, and in the warmer months, there are open-aired stalls offering fresh produce and flowers~

Amelia was bored and alone today, since Olivia was out with her dragons at the training grounds, so she decided to walk around ByWard Market to relieve her boredom.

"Bienvenue Amélie, just visiting the market today?" Ottawa greeted the girl, hefting his messenger bag back onto his shoulder.

"I see, would you like some company then?" Ottawa was gripping the strap of his bag nervously. "I mean, it's okay if you don't! You just...looked so lonely."
He didn't really have any work or meetings today, which was basically why he was at ByWard Market today.

Amelia couldn't help but smile at Laramie, she always thought that it was cute when he got nervous. "I don't mind having company." ((Your new picture is so cute!))

"Have you been to ByWard Market before, Amélie?" He returned the smile, relaxing his grip on his bag strap a bit. He'd seen Alfred and DC smile plenty of times, usually accompanied by the Hero laugh, but Amelia's was different. It was...trés joli.
((Merci~ I saw it and just had to use it here >3))
*very nice/pretty

And so, Laramie showed Amelia around ByWard Market. Stopping at certain points to point something out, talking a bit on the history or some interesting fact about it. Walking about the market and taking in the scenery always made him...quite happy. Though, after awhile, he felt he was rambling on. Not something he did usually...
"Désolé Amélie, I'm talking too much now aren't I?" He looked over to the girl, worried he was boring her or something.

"No, you're not talking too much. I'm actually learning a lot from you."
Amelia always enjoyed spending time with the people she cares about, and with her love of learning new things this experience was very enjoyable for her.

"I'm glad..." He smiled again, he really did worry too much. Matthew and the others had been so busy lately, so spending time with someone he cared about made him feel less alone. "So, what do you think? O-of the Market, I mean..."

"It has it's charm, you should see it in the warmer months. What do you usually do for fun, Amélie?" Now seemed as good a time to learn more about her as any. And he enjoyed talking with her, even if he didn't say too much.
